If you have attended one of Aiken Center for the Arts free Gallery Openings, you can see the large open design of our galleries lined with art from our many esteemed artists will complement your casual to finest events.
ACA is the perfect place to host your weddings and receptions, corporate meetings, birthday parties, banquets, holiday parties and reunions, even performances and recitals where you and your guests will be in the center of it all – right in the heart of Historic Downtown Aiken.
The wide variety of Aiken Center for the Arts rental facilities will accomodate your occasion with theater setting and Baby Grand piano in the Brown Performance Pavilion, a fully equipped commercial kitchen* for catering needs and five galleries filled with unique and beautiful art of local and neighboring communities!
All rental agreements must be arranged by appointment only Mon- Fri, however our rental facility is open to the public and free to view without appointment anytime Mon- Sat between 10am – 5pm.

Lessee contact required for rental contract and must be at least 21 to rent. Subject to room configuration. To qualify for non-profit rates, an organization must be 501(c)(3). ACA has the final decision for all rental locations.
*Kitchen rental includes only the use of major appliances, and does not include use of any dinnerwear or serving utensils.
**The ACA has a limited number of tables and chairs to offer. Please be prepared to rent your own additional furnishings, linens and dinnerwear.
The Conference Room
Have your business meetings in the comfort of our conference room equipped with seating for 22 guests, with spacious table seating for 12 and a mini prep area for serving light refreshments.
This space is presentation ready with large screen. Projection equipment available per request, including WiFi.
The Brooks Gallery
Surrounded with art and natural lighting, and space for up to 50 guests seated at tables, 100 standing, or 75 guests lecture style, Brooks gallery is perfect for smaller business luncheons, receptions and recitals.

The Brown Performance Pavilion
An enclosed theatre with modern decor, built in large screen and surround sound with controlled lighting. Perfect for all occasions, the Brown Performance Pavilion is a grand space for private receptions, weddings, feature films and more. Entertain up to 120 guests seated at tables, 250 standing, or 180 guests lecture style.
This space is presentation ready with the option of built in theatrical lighting and A/V for high performance events or portable projection equipment, including WiFi, for smaller events – pricing based on equipment needs.
The Main Floor Gallery
These beautiful gallery spaces are surrounded with extraordinary and exquisite art displays of Aiken’s local and visiting artists and are host to the ACA opening receptions and many favorite annual community events. Our main floor galleries will complement your finest events. Entertain 300-400 guests for a mix and mingle setting, seated guests accommodations will vary based on exhibit.
This space is presentation capable with portable large screen and projection equipment available per request, including wireless microphone, sound system throughout the room and WiFi.
